Returns & Refund Policy

Compliant with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

Mukkonz offers a 7-day replacement window from the date of confirmed delivery for any items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or missing parts.

2. Cancellation & ₹100 COD Advance Refund

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. If a COD order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the ₹100 online booking advance is fully refunded to the original payment source within 3–5 banking days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / NetBanking) via Razorpay. COD balances (if return occurs post-delivery) are settled via direct UPI or NEFT.
